Information we collect
Information you provide
When you create an account, we receive details such as your username, email address, password in protected form and optional profile information. When you contribute, we store uploaded artwork, titles, descriptions, tags and attribution details. Contact and takedown requests contain the information you choose to submit.
Information collected automatically
Our servers may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, security events and download activity. Some anti-abuse controls store a salted or shortened representation of an IP address instead of the raw address.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, profiles, uploads, collections, downloads and support.
- Review contributed material and respond to copyright or policy reports.
- Prevent spam, fraudulent sign-ins, malicious files and other abuse.
- Measure performance and understand how the service is used.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain the public catalogue, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Retention periods differ by record type. We use access controls, input validation, file sanitisation and standard WordPress security mechanisms, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can edit available profile fields from your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of personal information, and to object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
The service is not directed to children who are too young to consent to online services under applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us.
Ask about your information
Send a privacy request and describe the account or information involved.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site.
