ROWE PRICE mark is famous and has acquired a high degree of distinctiveness from its continuous, exclusive, and extensive use for the purposes of advertising, promotion, and the sale of goods and services.

It has come to our attention that you have registered the domain name iconape.comand published a website, https://iconape.com/t-rowe-price-logo-logo-icon-svg-png.html, https://iconape.com/t-rowe-price-logo-icon-svg-png.html, https://iconape.com/t-rowe-price-logo-2-logo-icon-svg-png.html, that prominently displays registered T. Rowe Price marks without authorization from T. Rowe Price. This unauthorized use of T. ROWE PRICE marks dilutes its distinctive qualities and is likely to cause confusion among consumers that your activities are sponsored by, affiliated with, or emanate from T. Rowe Price.

T. Rowe Price will take whatever actions are appropriate to protect its intellectual property and to prevent any likelihood of confusion, mistake, or deception of the public. T. Rowe Price prefers to resolve controversies amicably. To that end, T. Rowe Price demands that you: (i) immediately discontinue and remove all use of the T. Rowe Price mark from the site or otherwise.

The above statements are made with a good faith belief that the use of the material identified herein in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, T. Rowe Price, its agent, or the law; that the above statements and the information contained in this notification are accurate; and that, under penalty of perjury, that I am authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner, T.
