We are sending this letter of notification on behalf of our client Novak Djokovic, right-holder for intellectual property rights for the brand Novak Djokovic.

Our client is the right-holder of multiple trademarks, registered in several jurisdictions.

With this notice, we are informing you of an infringement on our client’s intellectual property rights.

The content has been identified as: Counterfeit

The products offered for sale are counterfeit and infringe upon the rights of the registered trademark holder. Specifically, the trademark is applied to the products; however, these products are neither manufactured by the rightful trademark owner nor by any authorized manufacturer or licensee.
We state under penalty of perjury that; we have a good faith belief that the infringement claim stated above is accurate, and the use of the intellectual property rights is not authorized by the right-holder, or not otherwise permissible under applicable laws.

We underline that an ISP can be liable for content under its control if the ISP is notified or has knowledge of the infringing activity and makes a material contribution or facilitates the infringement.

Based on the above, we summon you to take prompt action, by removing or disabling access, to the content specified in the referenced URLs as soon as possible.

As an attachment to this notice, we are providing a signed Power of Attorney from the right-holder as confirmation that Bridge is duly authorized to act on their behalf.
